Privacy Policy & SMS Terms

TicketVault is business software provided by Phoenix AI Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”) to ready-mix concrete and construction-materials companies (“customers”). Customers use it to order and track deliveries of raw materials, read scale tickets and invoices, and reconcile what they were billed against what was delivered. This policy explains what information TicketVault handles and how.

Business user accounts. Name, work email address, company, role, and sign-in records for the people our customers give access to TicketVault.

Customer business records. Scale tickets, invoices, delivery and haul records, prices, and similar documents our customers upload or send to TicketVault. We process these on our customers’ behalf and under their instructions.

Truck drivers. For drivers who receive job assignments by text: name, mobile phone number, preferred language, the truck they drive, the jobs assigned to them, the status updates and notes they send, photos of scale tickets they upload, and their text-message consent history (YES, STOP, HELP replies with date and time).

Technical information. Standard server logs (for example IP address, time and page requested) used to operate and secure the service.

Only to provide and secure TicketVault for our customers: to run their ordering, dispatch, ticket and invoice workflows; to send drivers the job messages described below; to keep an audit trail of changes; to provide support; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that host and operate TicketVault for us — Microsoft Azure (hosting, storage, document reading, and Azure Communication Services for text messages) — under contracts that restrict their use of it; with the customer that the information belongs to; or when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

What the program is. Truck drivers who haul materials for a TicketVault customer can receive job-related text messages from that customer’s dispatch, sent through TicketVault: a new job assignment, a change or cancellation of an assigned job, and a reminder when a delivered load is missing its scale-ticket photo. Messages contain a secure link to the job. We never send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in. A driver’s mobile number is added by the customer or the driver’s employer. Before any job message is sent, the driver receives one text asking them to reply YES. No job messages are sent unless the driver replies YES.

Message frequency varies with the jobs assigned to you. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and changes to business records are recorded in an audit trail. We keep information for as long as our customer’s agreement requires and as needed for legal, audit and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Because TicketVault holds information on behalf of our customers, requests to access, correct or delete it are usually handled by the customer you work with or for. You can also contact us and we will pass your request to them or handle it where we are responsible. TicketVault is for business use and is not directed to children.
